Jay-Z answers Beanie

So, yeah, I know, this happened yesterday and it hit the web last night. In fact, the good guy Splash sent it over but I didn’t see it ’til this morning. Why? Because I’m in full Halloween crisis mode. Who knew how hard it was to find a little lycra-spandex in this damn city?

Anyways….Jay-Z addresses Beanie Sigel’s “What They Talkin’ Bout” gripe: “Beanie had a record deal, a record label, a clothing line, and never went platinum. I dont know, in the history of rap, anyone who’s done so much with so little. So I dont know what more you can do for a person at that point…if that’s not pushing a person, s–t!”

But my favorite part was from the interviewer: “Let’s stay in the complaining zone…”
LOL!

But as for the actual Beanie vs Jay-Z debate: it seems that these men are talking at each other but looking in different directions. Hov’s response is not quite about the things Beans mentions in the interview. Meanwhile Beans is griping at Hov without itemizing his own liability.

Why Wait so long?

So, Jay-Z and Joe Budden have been going back in forth since '07 when Joe got drop from Def Jam; when Jay-Z was president. I say they went back in forth but it was more like Joe Budden taking shots at Hov, and here you going Hov strikes back. Tell those average Joes, Budden up. Wow Brooklyn in the house, oh wow. It was a good listen.

"Im So Wavy"

When I first heard the song, I set there and thought for a second before playing it again. I said to myself did The Game really just get in JHova's ass like that(pause, of course) wait wait did he really get in Amber Rose like that. I mean killed Hov, I mean he killed Kanye's wifey. I mean damn Game.
But we no real words from the industry about it, I thought it flew under the radar and than I was wrong. Did a little blog investigating and found out some information myself. Damn I live in the Tri State area and its no secret that Jay-Z has all of the local DJ's on his dick but I think these 5 points might have shown Im So Wavy to be the death of an American Idol. I mean its no secret that Jay has money but he is 42, point remains. "No one on the corner has swag like you because no one on the corner is 42." I dont know if lyrically Jay is ready for the Game.
HE SAID THAT WASNT A REAL DISS..... OH MY....

Uh..Oh

I guess, all in response to Jay-Z video right below. Game choose to opt out of making the track and dissing him in France. Man do I say the internet is a dangerous thing, lyrically this can be something great but the other day I could of swore Game say he was done with beef. Calling Jay-Z an old ass N*gga but in all serious he is old. Game spit like 4 bars and wouldnt give us the rest, watch out for more....

Jay-Z, Name Drops

Hov performed at the Pearl Theater in Las Vegas last night…and spit the intro to Blueprint 3 acapulco….which is when things got verry interesting:

“I ain’t talking about gossip/
I ain’t talking about Game/
I ain’t talking about Jimmy/
I ain’t talking about Dame/”

“Dame made millions/
Even Jaz made some scraps/
He coulda made more but he ain’t sign his contract/”

DOA- Jay-Z

Well, another gift from the Bet Awards last night. I showed the trailer a couple days ago and now with the video. I thought "J-Hova" did his thing in this video. Shout outs to the director. I enjoyed watching the video for the 10th time now I am ready for my camera so I can get to work.
